All Road Performance provides mobile mechanical servicing, repairs, inspections and diagnostics throughout Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.

  • Additional repairs or parts may be required after further inspection. If this occurs, we will contact you for approval before any extra work is carried out.

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Bookings

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • We ask that customers provide accurate vehicle and contact information when making a booking.

  • If we are unable to complete the work due to incorrect information provided, additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or require payment before future bookings are accepted.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as advised at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in recovery action where permitted by law.

6. Parts & Warranty

We use quality replacement parts suitable for your vehicle.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where applicable.

Our workmanship is carried out with care and professional standards. If you experience an issue relating to our workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect and resolve the matter.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and legal access to the vehicle.

  • Ensuring the vehicle is available at the agreed appointment time.

  • Providing accurate information about the vehicle and any known faults.

We reserve the right to refuse work where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care when working on your vehicle, All Road Performance is not liable for:

  • Existing faults or damage not related to the work performed.

  • Delays caused by parts availability, weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
